Work is sacred. It’s a duty. It’s a service. Thinking of work as just another thing you do 9 to 5, is a sad way of living.
Not all of us can be passionate about the nature of work. And that’s fine.
What’s important is not being passionate about what you do (because not everyone gets to do ‘interesting work’), but to be passionate about the fact that you do it.
Because to be able to do work, is a privilege itself. And the act of doing any work, is sacred.
